I know I’m a terrible person for having written NOTHING in over two months. To be honest, I have no excuse. However, we have been working on something incredibly fun! Want to see it??
Below are the picture of our little peanut’s nursery! We went with a gray and magenta/hot pink room with a bird theme and I have to say, I love everything about it! We are so excited to welcome this little one in the next 4-6 weeks 🙂
View from the door (pretty much my first stop in the morning):
As you can see, we’ve left a couple areas of the walls blank. I would like to put up a shadow box with her hospital mementos and going home outfit over by the crib and my husband was thinking of doing a collage of her first year pictures over the bookshelves. I’m not really sure what we will do with the blank wall next to the closet…but I’ve been looking at some adorable string art 😉

There you have it! We are loving this new space, and to be honest, it really didn’t cost us too much! Even with paint, we spent less than $300. Of course, our cost was greatly reduced by the generosity of others 🙂
